These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SEO Booster ("the Service"), available at https://www.sgeo.it.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SEO Booster you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Service Description

SEO Booster is an AI-powered platform that provides SEO auditing, keyword research, content generation, backlink analysis, rank tracking, and related optimisation tools. Features may change as we improve the Service.

3. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API tokens.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • All activity under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
  • You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to another person without our prior written consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate spam, misleading, or harmful content.
  • Analyse, scrape, or audit websites you do not own or have explicit permission to analyse.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security measures.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service for any activity that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate through the Service, including AI-generated drafts once they are delivered to you. SEO Booster does not claim any intellectual-property rights over your content.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying AI-generated content before publishing it on your websites.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep SEO Booster available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

SEO scores, keyword metrics, ranking predictions, and AI-generated recommendations are estimates and should be treated as directional guidance. We do not guarantee any specific search-engine ranking outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SEO Booster and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars (US $50), whichever is greater.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive conduct, or if required by law.

Upon termination, you may export your data before deletion. After the termination grace period (30 days), all associated data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
